Fridays in the Park
Every Friday, beginning 7/20/12
9am: Morning Yoga
The class starts at a relaxed pace to gently bring you out of your early-morning haze. Once you've worked out some of those creaks and kinks, the pace builds to give you the energizing boost you need to get you through your busy day.
4pm: Open Flow
An all-levels class taught at an upbeat pace to keep things fun and challenging. Modifications and variations are offered to help each individual tailor the class to their needs.

About Yoga in the Park
Practicing yoga outdoors is a wonderful and refreshing way to enhance your practice. Come join me in beautiful Lincoln Park for weekly classes that are open to the public. Classes are $10 per person and 60 minutes long. We meet in front of the large pine-like tree on the north side of the park, where Tennessee Avenue NE runs into the park. If it's your first time attending one of my classes, please try to come at least 5 minutes early so that we can chat about your experience with yoga and any injuries or physical conditions I should be aware of. Please bring your own yoga mat. RSVPs preferred but not required.
