Camryn has a tremendous love for sharing yoga and supporting other yogis each time they step onto their mats. She teaches a multi-level class, where all students are welcomed and can discover the power of yoga in a compassionate, judgement-free space. She also provides opportunities to explore the playful side of yoga through arm balances and inversions, and encourages students to modify in ways that honor their bodies and individual needs. Camryn believes in making yoga an empowering, healing experience, where students can safely find the balance between effort and ease within their practice. Students can expect plenty of alignment cues, gentle assist, and invitations to take rest throughout class.
Camryn received her 200 hour teacher certification from Flow Yoga Center under the guidance of Mimi Rieger and Debra Mishalove. She also completed a 200 hour vinyasa teacher training course, a 100 hour Ashtanga course with her teachers Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann, a 50 hour Vinyasa course with Seane Corn, and a 50 hour restorative yoga course. She received additional training with Sri Dharma Mittra, R. Sharath Jois, Patrick Beach, Briohny Smith, Laruga Glaser, and Mimi Rieger. Always a student first, Camryn loves how there is constantly room to learn and grow through the practice of yoga.
Off the mat, Camryn spends her time hiking, kayaking, skiing and traveling all over the world with her husband. She reads several books a week, drinks way too much coffee, and shamelessly binges a ridiculous amount of true crime documentaries and reality TV.
