Britt first began her yoga journey in 2005 as a way to complement marathon and triathlon training. She soon saw how yoga not only helped prevent injury, but also provided balance to her life off the mat. After more than a decade of practice, Britt completed her Power Vinyasa training program with Mimi Rieger as a way to deepen her own practice and help others experience the joy that yoga can bring to their lives.
In her day job, Britt has dedicated her career to building community in the nonprofit space, and she aims to do the same in her yoga classes. Her style is playful, strong, and welcoming.
